Uncle Sam is embellished with a patriotic ribbon and a star. He is constructed of wood and has been varnished for protection. The back of the design is painted black.
MEASUREMENTS: Approximately 15 inches tall X 8 inches at widest part (the base). The base is 4 inches depth.
